Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall planning, creation and execution of the consumer digital marketing plan, under the direction of the VP of Operations.

  • Ensures digital marketing campaigns and special projects deliver results in an effective, timely and cost-effective manner.

  • Successfully communicate and pitch creative concepts to the key leaders of Ideal while being able to incorporate their feedback.

  • Manage social media and day-to-day activities including: Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating consumer sales.

  • Responsible for keeping the Ideal’s website fresh and updated while always looking for ways to improve the experience. * Optimize direct to lead generation and performance

  • Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about company news and other initiatives

  • Create content regularly to grow the company’s footprint (press releases, corporate announcements, email campaigns, social media.

  • Create Digital Ads, Print Ads using tools such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

  • Write, Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)

  • Optimizing SEO content for and lead generation

  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI

  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports

  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.

  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends

 

What you’ll need:

  • Be a team player with a go-get-em attitude.

  • Be able to work independently, be organized, and meet deadlines.

  • Stay current on trends, culture, and events; bring inspiring external insight into the work and have a natural curiosity for data.

  • Be proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Have the ability to develop clear, actionable steps from overall strategy & complete projects meeting deadline/budget.

  • Have excellent written, presentation, verbal communication and organizational skills

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 3-year experience in marketing preferred.

  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
