Ideal Software Systems, an innovator in business management systems for over 40 years, is looking for a person to coordinate several website setup projects being integrated with our point-of-sale system.  You will work with customers and internal staff to keep projects on track and maintain open communication for progress awareness. 

This is a full-time position at present.

Duties of this position:

  • Coordinate with internal employees, customers, and vendors the setup of multiple custom website projects integrated with our point-of-sale software 
  • Set and manage milestones and deadlines for each project
  • Manage the calendar between all relevant parties, including leading or contributing to the meetings for each project
  • Maintain all relevant documentation for each project so it is current and accessible to all stakeholders 
  • Identify and resolve any issues as well as field and/or answer any questions that may arise for the duration of the project

Qualified Individual Will Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of technical and/or customer service experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a fast-moving environment
  • Outstanding time management, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans
  • Ability to run internal and external meetings
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Suite (Google Docs, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, etc.), and Microsoft Windows operating system  
  • Typing speed:  Minimum of 50 words per minute (Typing test WILL be administered)

NOT Required but Definitely a Big Plus:

  • SQL experience
  • Working knowledge of HTML and other web-based tools preferred
  • Ability to systematically identify and solve sometimes obscure problems within a web-based commerce product in a client/server environment
  • Create white papers, videos, and other instructive materials for use by our clients and the internal team
  • Minimum 2 years of technical and/or customer service experience (call center customer service experience, technical help desk, or desk-side support experience)
  • AA degree in a related technical or information technology field (Technical Call Center experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Previous break-fix, IT or network experience a plus but not required
  • Documentation skills
  • Beginner to intermediate knowledge of database structure, remote access, and networking, with the ability to increase this knowledge
  • Experience in Computer Science, Databases, IT, Networks, Business Information Systems, or Website Setup
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish
