to join our growing Professional Services team. This role is responsible for deploying,
configuring, and supporting software and hardware solutions for customers throughout North
America.
The Implementation Specialist serves as a trusted advisor during customer onboarding and
deployment projects, ensuring successful installation, configuration, training, and go-live
support. This position combines technical expertise, customer engagement, project
coordination, and problem-solving to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
